## How buying works
Open the map, choose a region, enter a website, and pay the listed total. Stripe confirms the payment. The brand logo and outbound link appear on the map. Later payments from the same brand add to that region's running total. A challenger must beat the current total by at least $1.

## FAQ
### Do I legally own the region?
No. You buy sponsored placement on this map. Rankings are verified Stripe payments. Someone else can outbid you at any time.

### Does ownership expire?
No daily reset. Your dollars stay on that region until someone accumulates more.

### What if two people pay at once?
Both payments count. Ownership is whoever has the highest completed total when Stripe confirms.
